Technology Aided Learning ; Importance and Trends

CCE Curriculum of CBSE

Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation or CCE was introduced by CBSE in 2010 in KV's . Its a total philosophy in itself. Example's galore in the real world where those who excelled at school or college level ( Up To PG ) with good grades are seen to fall out of the race or fail miserably when they go for job. It simply means that the education system is not geared towards success but towards failure. It also show the theoretical and reality gap in the world, where text book knowledge is not enough to get you success offshore.

So taking all this into consideration. The system of education needs to gear the students for success. For that it is imperative to create a system which goes beyond academics and teach life skills to students and other non scholastic skills to students. Its not a very complicated system, but requires leadership skills in teachers to create further leaders at all levels in the society.

Students should develop qualities such as brotherhood, amity, tolerance, secularism, non alignment, non group ism, spiritualism etc. They should be life ready and not just some one with a certificate.

So they should be geared to deliver the goods. They should have emotional intelligence , tact, friendliness, adaptability, sociability, amity, amicability.

They should be at peace with themselves first. Then they can make peace with the world and others in society.

They should show leadership skills and affiliation towards humanity and their country.
Honesty , integrity and hard work are other things which they can look to develop.
